4(x + 3)² - 25
= 4(x² + 6x + 9) - 25
= 4x² + 24x + 36 - 25
= 4x² + 24x + 11
= f(x)

4(x + 3)² - 25
= 4(x + 3)² - 5²
= 4(x + 3 - 5)(x + 3 + 5)
= 4(x - 2)(x + 8)

f(- 3) = 4(- 3 + 3)² - 25
f(- 3) = 4 x 0 - 25
f(- 3) = - 25

f(0) = 4 x 0² + 24 x 0 + 11
f(0) = 11

b.
4(x - 2)(x + 8) = 0
x - 2 = 0       ou      x + 8 = 0
x = 2           ou       x = - 8
S= {- 8 ; 2}

4(x + 3)² - 25 = - 25
4(x + 3)² - 25 + 25 = 0
4(x + 3)² = 0
x + 3 = 0
x = - 3

S= {- 3}

c.
4x² + 24x + 11 = 11
4x² + 24x + 11 - 11 = 0
4x² + 24x = 0
4x * x + 4x * 6 = 0
4x(x + 6) = 0
4x = 0           ou        x + 6 = 0
x = 0             ou        x = - 6
