a) x/3+x/4 = 1
4x/12+3x/12 = 1
7x/12 = 1
7x = 12
x = 12/7
b)
2x-3(x-1) = 3(2x-1)
2x-3x+3 = 6x-3
-x+3 = 6x-3
7x = 6
x = 6/7
